Embodiment is being present in your body and expressing yourself through it. It’s about sensing what’s happening physically and, in connection with that, mentally. Our feelings, emotions, mental state, and habits inevitably show in and through the body, both internally and externally. Body and mind are deeply interconnected.
To live authentically and in alignment with ourselves, it’s important to be embodied – to feel connected to who we are at our core, to our needs, and to what truly makes sense to us.
Develop what serves you
From birth, countless external influences have shaped us into who we are today. Yet, some of these learned patterns may no longer serve us and might keep us from thinking, acting, and feeling as our true selves. Embodiment practices offer an explorative journey of self-discovery, helping us release what no longer fits and reconnect with our authentic being. It starts with becoming aware of what we feel, think, and sense.
